Job description
We are currently looking to recruit Senior Care Assistants to add to our existing dedicated and caring team. You must hold at least a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), alongside experience of a similar role. It is equally important that you can demonstrate the right behaviours and attitude for working in an adult social care environment. A full induction programme will be provided, alongside formal training opportunities. We provide PPE for all staff. The role will involves shifts including weekends.
As part of the role you will be expected:
- To provide leadership to the care staff
- To provide care in accordance with current best practices, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations under the direction of the Manager
- To supervise the care services within Grove House Residential Care Home in accordance with agreed standards
- To maintain skills at a current level, and undertake such training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain practices as up-to-date
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £10.10-£10.60 per hour

- Coventry CV7 8JJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- providing care: 1 year (preferred)
- supervisory: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care (preferred)
