We're looking to recruit Senior Care Professional to join our amazing team and help support our Care Pro's and Clients with in our fast paced office. Your job would be interesting and varied involving supervising and supporting our team of Care Pro's, providing an on-call service for clients and their families as well as providing care yourself. The Role will compromise office work, field supervision work and care hours. You must have wide open availability, in order to cover emergencies and sickness. The ideal candidate will have weekend availability as well as weekdays. You must be a driver with access to your own vehicle and have or be happy to work towards level 3 Health and Social Care QCF. Primary
Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through quality assurance (QA) visits and phone calls.
Liaising with Care Manager. Conduct QA visits with clients in person according to the QA frequency guidelines
Conduct follow up activities as necessary, reporting any serious issues to the Care Manager
Conduct client/CAREGiver introductions. CAREGivers to be briefed on Client Journal
Shadow and spot check CAREGivers to maintain service at a high standard
Provide Care for Clients
Alerting Care Manager to any issues that may cause concern
Good I.T. to maintain accurate client and Care Pro records on Home Instead Software as required
Participate in on call services as required
Monitor, mediate, and log both client and Care Pro activity
Maintain confidentiality at all times for all Home Instead Information, including client, Care Pro & office data
