The V&A is rapidly changing. We are 1 year into our Technology Transformation which will see a more unified and cohesive technology foundation to support the museums wider objectives of opening three new museums in the next 2 years.
We are looking for someone with a passion for being a part of technology projects that deliver real change. You will support the delivery of our new finance system, Business Central, bringing our finance and retail functions in to one platform.

As the Senior Business Analyst (and sole BA working on the project), you will work under the Project Lead within a project team consisting of a Business Change Manger, Project Manager, Test Manager and Finance SME’s.
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will lead and deliver every stage of the Business Analysis lifecycle for the project, including the development and management of requirements, as-is and to-be process mapping, and supporting the design, build and testing of the solution and end to end processes.
You will have experience in the delivery of both waterfall and agile projects for complex technology implementations.
As part of a small team you will be expected to work collaboratively for the benefit of the project.
