The main responsibility of this role is to provide strategic business analysis service to Speedy. The focus of this position is to work closely with business units to gain an in depth understanding of Speedy business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which Speedy operates.
- To lead on large and complex projects providing consultancy experience
- Work with Head of Business Analysis to define measurable benefits that are aligned to strategy
- Support the Head of Business Analysis in leading and championing business analysis across Speedy.
- To mentor the wider Business Analyst team on Business Analyst techniques, best practices, and company standards.
- Supporting your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver.
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Experience of working in Agile teams using SCRUM delivery process frameworks.
- Strong user story mapping experience
- Ability to create process based using BPMN modelling technique
- Experience of risk analysis
- Experience of benefits impact analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the business.
- Goal oriented and driven to enable a culture of continual improvement.
- Have strong planning, communication, and presentation skills along with the capability to listen and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to use judgement to assess the complexity of situations and escalate to the appropriate where necessary.
- An intellectual approach and ability to quickly grasp concepts and solve complex problems
- Ability to multi-task and handle numerous initiatives at any one time.
- Ability to manage own workloads and prioritise accordingly.
- Fundamentally a team player, must be influential and able to work comfortably outside their immediate team, gaining confidence of the various internal customer groups and building relationships with key internal/external suppliers
- Must have excellent analytical skills
- Good knowledge and application of Use Cases, Process Maps, Data Flows and Diagrams.
- Experience working alongside Developers and Architects.
