MTVH are recruiting for a Senior Technology Business Analyst to join our team, you will work alongside a cross section of colleagues to lead and deliver high profile and highly complex Projects across MTVH. Your role will be critical within the project teams and you will also act as a lead for smaller changes; understanding requirements, identifying solutions and leading the development, configuration, and functional analysis of various products. You will be expected to plan and facilitate workshops to understand and document business issues and requirements.

This will be a pivotal role within the IT Business System Team and will act as a key influencer with senior stakeholders to produce well-presented analytical insight. This will support appropriate and sometimes challenging decision making.

Salary for this role ranges from £53,096 - £55,890 plus benefits.

This position also is eligible for hybrid working

What you'll need to succeed

· Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development

· Ability to interpret highly complex data, identify trends and provide insight

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders and have excellent workshop facilitation skills

· Self-starter, proven experience of working independently and ability to plan complex work delivery, within a broader project delivery timeline

· Thorough understanding and experience of project management and service improvement

· Previous experience of managing business change and specific work packages within large scale projects

· Experience of carrying out functional analysis and production of technical specifications

· Ability to effectively document business analysis and evidence information.

· High level of direct and relatable business experience, or proof of ability to understand businesses in detail

· Able to exercise independent judgment and take the appropriate action with the ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks while under pressure
Strong customer service orientation

· You may be working on multiple projects at any given time, therefore experience of working in a

team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential

· Experience of repairs within a housing organisation
