The Senior Business Analyst is instrumental in shaping the structure of the business change activity and has responsibility for leading the Business Analysis work stream. You will collaborate with senior management and other key stakeholders to capture, evaluate, and prioritise business requirements.

The key purpose of the Senior Business Analyst is to define and assure the business intent of any given change and articulate this through requirements and then protect that intent through the delivery lifecycle. It is also to challenge the business request to ensure that projects achieve the right outcome for the business as a whole and not just individual users.

You will have strong business analyst skills including experience of working with an agile DevOps team, experience of data analysis and a good understanding of business process analysis and design techniques.
