Role: ServiceNow Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid Working 2 days onsite in North West England.

Visa Sponsorship can be provided.

Summary: We are recruiting for a ServiceNow Business Analyst. You will be collaborating directly with stakeholders to define clear, testable acceptance criteria, promote tool exploitation, and minimise configuration and customization. Also, will be using User Stories to document daily requirements.

Essential Skills and Experiences:

• Should have experience of business analysis and able to translate business needs into user stories
• Must have previous Agile skills, able to contribute to agile delivery, incremental delivery, estimating story pointing.
• Should have previous experience and able to articulate and identify risks Issues and Dependencies.
• Must have previous experience of Stakeholder Management, Communication, presentation and facilitation, able to run key Agile Ceremonies such as stand-up retrospectives
• Should have previous experience and able to lead other business analysts and mentor others, develop Business Analysis best practice, own stakeholder relationships and contribute to communities-of-practice activities (internally and across government).
• Must have previous experience of using ServiceNow/previous ServiceNow projects and an understanding of what is possible within the platform
• Should have previous knowledge and experience of using ServiceNow to document requirements in stories and progress these through the SDLC
• Should have previous experience and strong stakeholder management skills and an ability to deal with stakeholders and multiple levels of the organisation
• Must have strong analytical skills with a structured approach to documentation and procedures
• Should have previous experience of documenting and defining business processes and obtaining stakeholder sign off
• Must have previous experience and able to analyse complex/large amounts of data, produce meaningful insight and present this in visual and easy to understand presentations/reports
• Should have previous experience of being able to translate business requirements into process and technical requirements
• Must have previous experience of working in an Agile methodology and applying Agile practices where applicable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year

• Blackpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
