The Microsoft Search, Assistant, and Intelligence (MSAI) London team is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Business Administrator to provide excellent CVP level support for our Engineering organization. You will navigate a fast-paced environment with agility and attention to detail. The role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, drive, and initiative. In addition to a high level of proficiency in the discipline of business administration. You must also demonstrate good judgment, ability to maintain confidentiality, set priorities, and be confident in handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Consistent and timely follow-through will be essential to succeed in the role. You will be proactive in nature and become a vital, trusted member of our Business Operations Team, and exemplify the highest professional standards.

Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and prioritize complex calendaring, assisting stakeholder CVP in staying focused on business priorities, time management and effective collaboration. Anticipate needs; make administrative decisions and requests for information on behalf of the leaders based on understanding of business group priorities.
- Manage domestic and international travel scheduling end-to-end including the proactive anticipation of logistics and itineraries.
- Liaising with partner teams such as IT and Facilities for projects such as hardware tracking, space planning, office updates and changes and facilities requests. Provide excellence in group support and customer service across the team and site.
- Assist with assigned tasks associated with areas of responsibility including managing headcount, recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, expenses, space management, distribution list management and other projects assigned by business operations.
- Coordinate both virtual and in-person events. Taking ownership in areas including catering, venue selection and logistics for internal events, off-sites, morale events, team all hands, large scale meetings and celebration events for both the MSAI London Team and London Engineering Community.
- Cross collaborating, planning, and support including All Hands, LT meetings, Focused Initiative groups and other group meetings as needed.
- End to End support for the Microsoft Procure to Pay Process for supplier payment including PO creation and Budget Tracking.
