As our Senior Breakfast Chef you will assist both the Head and Sous Chef in the overall responsibility and daily operations of the breakfast offering and sections across the estate kitchens, ensuring that the preparation and service of food is consistent and meets the highest standards at all times and all prep, quality, food safety and hygiene are always maintained.
Responsible to produce all breakfast food offerings, supervising junior chefs and checking all breakfast mise en place and dishes to ensure they meet the standards as required by the Head Chefs.
Hours of work: 6am - 3pm.
