Our client is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to join their team, driving the sales performance through a best-in-class customer journey in the iconic London department store.
This is an excellent opportunity to help promote the client in an exciting area of the business.
Previous experience in beauty or skincare is essential and you will need to be a salesperson able to act on your own initiative and inline with company to achieve the best results.
You will need to:
- Achieve daily sales targets
- Communicate the benefits of the skincare brand and products
- Sell facial treatment services in order to keep their Beauty Room busy
- Track daily sales and reporting results on a daily/weekly basis
- Ensure the counter is well stocked and perfectly merchandised at all times
- Build and grow relationships with store staff, beauty concierge and managers
- Contribute ideas to grow business, perhaps arrange events such as masterclasses and pop-up retail experiences
- Attend company training sessions to maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge and team members will be required to work weekends, late nights and bank holidays in accordance with store operating hours, which is usual within the retail sector
Essentials:
- Previous experience in skincare or beauty
- Proven record of achieved sales targets
- Excellent communication, decision making and leadership skills
- Passion for product and the skincare industry
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary: £28,500.00-£29,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
