ATM Field Engineer - Regional UK

£40,000.00 per annum

Job Description

You will report directly to the Head of Operations

ATM Engineering and Installation Work will be required

Role Responsibilities/Key Tasks

• Are you happy to be 'on the road' and travel to customer sites daily?
• Do you have a UK Driving licence
• Have you worked on ATM/vending machines, gaming hardware or similar

Being in the field, you will work independently to resolve hardware and software issues with devices whilst being fully supported with all required training and ongoing technical support as well as being provided with a company van, mobile and laptop to enable you to work autonomously in the field.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to maintain and repair technical hardware issues within customer estates i.e., ATM machines, as well as diagnose system problems and repair them whilst keeping in line with service level agreements. You will need to provide excellent customer service and always remain professional when dealing with clients, ensuring you communicate accurately between all departments to provide smooth resolutions for our customers.

You will need to be comfortable working both independently and within a team.

For this role we do require previous experience working on either ATMs, vending machines, or other such hardware, and experience in working with Windows based software. You will also have come from a customer facing role and must hold a full and valid driving licence.

· Work accurately within strict guidelines and follow company procedures

· Ability to keep calm in challenging situations

It would be desirable for the successful candidate to have a working knowledge of legislation and compliance requirements in the CVIT sectoring within the UK.

Successful candidates will be required to undertake several security checks prior to employment commencing which include:

· Up to a 10-year employment history
