The NSE Finance Operations (FinOps) team was established in early 2021 to support the NSE geographies (UK, CH, IE, NL, IT, BE and DK) in maintaining and optimizing the SWIFT platform. Since then, a diverse and comprehensive FinOps portfolio has been built comprising of several Strategic Projects (Anaplan, BEAM, ADM, My Dashboard, etc.), numerous Geography platform enhancements as well as the facilitation and coordination of incoming changes from other Member Firms. Alongside the portfolio, the team provides governance and manages relationships with GFS Shared Operations, Global Process Teams, and Swift Technology Teams.
The PMO Senior Assistant will report into the NSE PMO Director. Our FinOps team is ultimately responsible for ensuring NSE business priorities are reflected in both the S4 Hana and NSE SideCar platforms. This role works across the 5 pillars -Reporting, Platform and Process, Shared Services, Change Transformation and ITS.

The main activities for the role are:
- Understanding scope of work across the 5 pillars of Swift landscape
- Process & Platform (S4 Hana)
- Reporting
- Global Financial Services (GFS Shared Operations)
- ITS
- Change
- Supporting pillar leads in managing change requests (CRs) across the SWIFT landscape with NSE geographies.
- Supporting Geos in adopting and self-serving on new ServiceNow tool for managing CR process and follow-up delivery tasks.
- Analysing CR data, in order to progress CRs under guidance of Pillar leads
- Supporting with preparation and facilitation of sessions incl minute taking
- Providing input and support into defining our playbooks eg portfolio/programme and document management.
- Supporting with process for updating plans, compiling status reports and packs and supporting in governance sessions.
- Repository and access management of the various Project platforms/systems and tool kits including but limited to SharePoint and MS Teams
- Managing our SharePoint site and content updates.
- Continuously evaluating approach to ensure basic documentation is meeting pre-defined standards, and meeting deadlines prior to P&P SME review.
- Making suggestions for improvement of team ways of working, new and improving policies and processes - ensuring a professional toolkit and delivery planning approach for a pipeline of this complexity and scale.
- Managing RAID (Risks, Issues, Actions, Decisions) and tracking actions.

Essential:
- PMO Senior Assistant – must be professional, personable, be pro-active and have a ‘can do’ attitude
- Fluent spoken and written English
- SAP S4 Global programme (‘SWIFT’) experience an advantage
- Available for minimum of 1 year period
- Ultimately helping to ensuring complete alignment between Deloitte Global/Deloitte North South Europe ‘NSE’/ Constituent Geographies and that NSE operations is a success into future
- Comfortable working in and learning about new applications i.e., tech savvy
- Experience preferably in a supervisory position may be advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Excellent organizational and technical skills
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or similar, or equivalent
Desirable:
- Professional Project management experience
- Experience working in a project management office
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance and change management
