If so, we are seeking a Senior Assistant Manager that is composed, committed and very well organised to join The Parogon Group and assist in leading a large team at our established restaurant.
As Senior Assistant Manager you will need to be passionate about good food, great drinks and excellent customer service. You will have a strong work ethic, setting the pace and standards of service whilst promoting good team spirit and the importance of working together to achieve the same end goal.
You will lead by example consistently promoting the company standards relating to service, uniform, food & drink presentation, and restaurant beautification to ensure a positive guest experience in all areas.
