This is an opportunity to join Deloitte’s award-winning creative agency 368. With around 110 people based in London, Leeds, and Hyderabad our agency has a critical role in ensuring we effectively reach our clients in the UK, North South Europe and Globally. We have a full Concepting, Design and Film offering including an inhouse Film Studio as well as specialist teams devoted to UX & Development, Deloitte branded experiences, social media, Strategy and SEO as well as a full team of Account Leads and Project Managers. This role will focus on supporting the resource management to manage the day to day work flow of our Creative Department in the most resource effective way possible, alongside support of operational elements including finance, supplier management and technology. You’ll be reporting into our Creative Operations Lead.

- Supporting the day-to-day workflow of creative projects with a particular focus on our Film Team, supporting producers with work allocation to ensure timing and quality standards are met.
- Managing day-to-day suppliers & freelancers, liasing directly witih suppliers to ensure timing and quality standards are met.
- Liaising with the Campaign Management Team and stakeholders to confirm upcoming workload and to ensure that the appropriate resource is scheduled based on skills and time available
- Support on refining creative briefs, costing up projects, and creating timing plans that align with the creative schedule.
- Supporting our designers in ensuring the creative process is accurately followed – making sure the correct briefs are used, work is approved correctly, and files are backed-up to the server.
- Entering projects into Monday.com and checking that projects are kept up to date.

Essentials:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in an efficient manner. This role involves a number of moving parts and needs a strong prioritization skillset.
- Great at communicating with our stakeholders. You will have the ability to comfortably both collaborate with all levels of seniority of our internal clients
- Comfortable negotiating and being able to push back in a constructive and positive way
Desirable:
- Experience managing resource. This will ideally be within a creative setting but we can support you to learn about Creative roles and how the skills fit together.
