The Opportunity & Role:
In our next phase of growth, we are hiring an Architect to join our team. The Architect is the principal creator of inspirational, well-crafted content & session plans to achieve exceptional client outcomes.
The Role:
- Work alongside project leads and own key workstreams that deliver outstanding outcomes for the client
- Deliver expertise across our offering in the human-led transformation space, including best in class written content, research, event & workshop design, creative stimulus, design management etc.
- Owns strong, trusted, relationships client side with an ability to engage senior leaders with credibility
About you
- Business geek who understands how big businesses work and the role of culture in driving commercial performance
- Expansive thinker with analytical prowess that loves to crack a challenge
- Outstanding communicator with excellent written craft
- Project management experience
