About this opportunity
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our team and drive improvements to our service offering. You’ll be responsible for leading the process within the team and taking ownership to ensure successful delivery of our products.
Client Data is responsible for the maintenance of all Client, Bond and Reference data required to support our client's ability to trade with us, and you'll support in the delivery of this activity. This role has a key focus on delivering within our eBusiness Enablement activity that sits within our Client Data team.
What would you be doing?
Client Data are part of the Shared Services function within Markets & Lending Delivery. The function provides a vital support service across multiple Group business units within Lloyds Banking Group. As a Senior Analyst within our Client Data function, you'll be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate creation of Data, to enable Commercial, Corporate and Institutional Clients to make the most of LBG Markets and Lending Products. This role will have specific elements supporting our eBusiness Enablement processes.
You’ll deliver high quality, accurate and timely maintenance of Client, Reference & Market Data, ensuring excellent customer support and continuous improvement to improve process efficiency as well as the client experience.
We're looking for a hardworking and proactive individual to join and help lead our teams, where induction, training and full support will be provided!
As we support our New York business, some shift work may be required – This is between the hours of 2pm until 10pm, on a limited basis
