Job description
As a Senior Administrator working in our Operations department, you will provide support to the team, the wider business area, and our partner firms, as well as their clients, to ensure work is effectively managed and SLAs are met.
You will provide oversight of workflow management on a day-to-day basis, including identifying trends and risks that may impact regulatory deadlines, quality of work or the client journey.

This is a hybrid role based in our Swindon office, with the flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining relationships with Advisers, Partners, internal colleagues, and suppliers.
- Proactively building relationships with externally parties to ensure that the services of the team are understood, and deadlines continually met.
- Developing relationships with members of the wider department to ensure consistency of approach.
- Providing expert input to Advisers using the service to ensure that the quality of the product and client outcome is maximised.
- Ensuring delivery of data to our stakeholders in a timely manner as required/requested by them.
- Ensuring records are kept up to date and accurate always to ensure they reflect correct position.
- Checking documentation, updating electronic case files, database, and trackers, to progress cases.
- Dealing with Adviser queries by telephone and email; to resolution or appropriate signposting.
- Producing ongoing service reports through the Dynamic Planner system, adhering to SLAs.
- Undertaking all aspects of the role in an ethical and compliant manner.
