Hours: Full time (37.5 hours a week) but we would consider flexible/part time
Every year, 100 billion new items of clothing are produced whilst a truck full of clothing is burned, or buried in landfill every second. Our mission is to help brands end waste. To do this, we’ve created the world's first ever closed-loop, circular supply chain which allows us to make new products from waste material right from the beginning, and it’s a game changer.
We’re growing at an exponential rate and we work with some major brands such as BBC Earth, WWF, Ecosia, Google, Surfers Against Sewage and more.
Words don’t change the world, action does. That’s why we are working on the front line of fast fashion to make the world more sustainable. This growth has resulted in the creation of the role of Senior Account Manager to help us scale up to the next level.
The purpose of our team is to evolve and grow our existing partnerships by taking a creative approach to helping them achieve their goals and targets and integrating Teemill into their marketing strategy. This may look like planning and executing a large scale campaign, and orchestrating the collaboration of designers, artists, charities and influencers or working on the next collection with a youtuber.
Within the role, you will be working across teams, both internal and external, to help grow these stores. For example, working with our Marketing team to set up ad campaigns or our inhouse design team to execute yours and the clients ideas, or working with our software engineers to further develop the platform and it’s features.
Main responsibilities include
- Grow existing store partnerships
- Be creative in your approach to find and execute new opportunities for existing stores
- Help our stores achieve their goals and targets
- Pitching to prospective clients and preparing proposals
- Attending conferences, meetings or industry events as and when required
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
What we’re looking for
- 2 years experience in a relationship management role
- Evidence of using a data driven approach to manage projects and reach targets
- Ideally, experience of creative sales or direct marketing
- Knowledge of how to engage other stakeholders in creative, innovative and revenue driven opportunities to influence their buy in
- Knowledge of innovative social markets and key influencers within the digital space
- An interest in online trends, high profile news topics and viral posts to keep on top of latest popular content
- A resilient nature to effectively respond to challenges from potential customers and clients
- The ability to identify and articulate creative and innovative opportunities to prospective clients
