We’re now looking for an Account Manager to join us to support our clients adding to our pool of knowledge and delivering great results for our clients.
The Role
As an Account Manager you will empower your clients to succeed through technology, by providing a consultative approach; gathering requirements, analysing and recommending innovative solutions.
You will manage your own portfolio of accounts, placing customer engagement and satisfaction at the heart of everything you do, recommending value-add actions to support retention, whilst identifying and converting opportunities to upsell.
About You
To be considered as a Regional Account Manager, you will need
- Experience of account management, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or another Technology business
- Passion for building trust and communicating effectively with clients
- Sound product knowledge and commercial acumen to support B2B sales
- Evidence of achieving individual and team sales targets
- Consistent track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to prioritise and multitask while maintaining diplomacy, tact and poise under pressure
- Competent in using CRM systems

Salary: £41,204.00-£44,835.00 per year
