Semi Senior Accountant - Doncaster - £28k-£35k

Benjamin Edwards are recruiting for a Semi Senior Accountant on a full-time or part-time basis. As Semi Senior Accountant, you will have substantial experience in preparing and completing year end accounts and audits for clients of all sizes. You will also have experience in preparing self-assessment tax returns, management accounts, forecasts and budgets, and VAT returns.

The role of the Semi Senior Accountant

  • Preparing year end accounts
  • Preparing self-assessment and corporation tax returns
  • Preparing VAT returns
  • Completing/assisting on audits
  • Preparing management accounts, alongside providing advice and help to clients on a regular basis

The ideal candidate for the role of Semi Senior Accountant

  • Minimum AAT qualified; part qualified ACA or ACCA ideal but not essential
  • 2 years’ experience working in a practice environment
  • Audit experience desirable but not essential
