Are you a self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to be your own boss?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a senior energy consultant team manager. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, recruiting & managing a team of remote sales persons and driving revenue growth for our company.
As a senior energy consultant manager, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work from anywhere and earn high commission from your personal sales and the sales of the team. You will be given the tools and support you need to succeed, but it will be up to you to take the initiative and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives for you and your team
- Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients and team members
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and outreach
- Achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activity
Requirements:
- experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Experience with CRM software is preferable
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
