GMS are looking for a Security Supervisor to work at a highly prestigious mixed-use development set within a brand new landscaped public realm in Birmingham City Centre. You will be working 50hours per week, Monday to Friday. As a Security Supervisor with GMS you will receive a pay rate of £13.50 per hour plus benefits including:

We are looking for a Security Supervisor who has the following skills and experiences:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- View punctuality as importance.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A professional demeanour with sound judgement.
- Due to the nature of the role, you must hold a valid SIA license.
As a Security Supervisor , your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the day-to-day security requirements of a prestigious site,
- Maintaining a good corporate image and high standard of professionalism.
- Responsibility for operational, administrational and quality management processes to ensure company standards and procedures are maintained, whilst
- Providing customer service excellence at all levels, a primary responsibility of this function
- Monitoring the team performance to meet KPI’s.
- Ensuring the tasking and adherence of Assignment Instructions.
- Ensure all security personnel are correctly presented and courteous at all times.
- Ensuring that all relevant ‘On Site’ induction training has been completed.
- Ensuring all incident reports and site documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all patrol activity is carried out in accordance with the Site instructions.
- Ensuring the safety and welfare of the team members is maintained at all times.
- Dealing with holiday /uniform requests / payroll queries (escalating and resolving as required).
- Investigating misconduct or malpractice issues.
- Daily scheduling / manning requirements include, Gatehouse, Reception and Patrolling dutiesTo succeed in this important role you will have:
- Strong communication and administration skills with good attention to detail
- Excellent inter-personnel skills.
- Computer Literate, primarily using Microsoft applications.
- Flexible attitude toward work, with good commercial awareness and customer focus.
- Passion for Customer service with a “Can Do “attitude”.
