Job Description: Security Officer/Concierge
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors - Receiving and issuance of the parcels using the Application on tablets - Patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Respond to incidents and emergencies, such as thefts, accidents, or medical emergencies
- Write detailed incident reports
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks
Skills:
- Excellent customer services skills.
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Knowledge of security procedures and protocols
- Basic computer skills for operating surveillance systems
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for long periods of time
