Shift Patterns: Working Saturday day shift 05:00 hours to 17:00 hours, Monday and Tuesday night shift 17:00 hours to 05:00 hours. Average of 36 hours per week plus overtime.

Your main responsibilities will include:
· Security Manned Guarding & Reception duties
· Access/Egress Control Duties
· Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment via
· CCTV Monitoring Duties.
· Switchboard Operation
· Performing regular Health and Safety checks.
· Regular and accurate report writing.
· Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise.
· Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
· Proactive interaction with the customers, tenants, authorised visitors and general public offering superb customer service.
· Dealing with deliveries, enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
· Covering all required security related duties as/when required.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
· Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
· Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
· Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
· Very smart with an excellent command of the English language
· ‘Public Facing’ experience
· Able to work as part of a Team and also on own
· Approachable, Diplomatic
· Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ – when applicable
· High expectation of customer service delivery
· Flexible and willing to learn new procedures
