We have an excellent opportunity to join us as a Security Officer at our client site based in London.
As a Security Officer, you be responsible for the day-to-day security of the public realm at the site including the service roads, loading bay areas, open spaces like plazas and public areas. You will maintain the day to day-operational security requirements of the public realm in line with customer and contractual expectations and ensure service delivery and prompt response to all requirements, incidents, and the maintaining of security within your area of influence. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming, helping and signposting staff, colleagues, and visitors.

Essential skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- SIA – DS licence
- Experience of working in a retail or public space environment and able to engage with people of all kinds
- You need to make everyone feel safe and provide added value through you concierge/ambassadorial skills
- Experience in dealing with multiple issues at once, prioritising and resolving problems for people
- Excellent customer engagement skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, timekeeping, and ability to prioritise time effectively
- An understanding of the principles of equality and diversity
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
- Have an ability to deliver succinct and clear reports both verbally and written
- Demonstrate reliability including the ability to deliver high standards of both punctuality and attendance
