We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Security Officer at one of our clients based in London, working at a well-established estate service and investment firm who act with consideration for others' ideas and share information openly to inspire trust and encourage collaboration.
As a Security Officer at this site, you will play an active role in the Security our client, as part of the security team responsible for protecting, escalating and responding to all security tasks at sites across London including all of its internal/external area's and assets; we will achieve this by implementing and adhering to security industry best practice, legislation and regulations at all times and by creating confidence in our abilities at all times by maintaining a secure and safe environment for all staff, visitors and contractors throughout the region.
We are really looking for someone who will go that extra mile, making an impact on site and engaging with customers confidently, and with a welcoming smile. It would be beneficial if you have worked previously in a customer-facing role or hospitality background.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out security patrols to ensure that all client assets & premises are always safe and secure
- Always remain vigilant and inquisitive for quick recognition of incidents in and around the building
- Play an integral role in any emergency situation by recognising and escalating any observed events that have cause for concern
- Control access & egress at all times and escalate any issues

Essential Skills
- SIA Licence
- Excellent written and oral communication
- High level of attention to detail, timekeeping, and ability to prioritise time effectively
- Demonstrate the ability to think and act quickly in emergencies or under pressure
