Job overview
We are currently seeking individuals with outstanding customer service skills to become Security Officers; you will be based at one of the businesses most prestigious clients sites in Worcester.
The site acts as both a corporate HQ and working depot for HGVs and a range of large and small plant machinery. To be successful in this role, it is vital that you have the confidence and skills to manage and develop relationships. You will be the face of the company and be the first point of contact for those visiting the site. It is imperative that you have the interpersonal skills to develop rapport with individuals from both a corporate setting and working depot.
On a day to day basis you will be;
- ensuring standard operating procedures of the site are adhered to,
- ensuring the site is secure and monitoring and reporting any potential threats,
- coordinating visitors and deliveries around site.

Prerequisites
- Proven ability in a similar field i.e. customer facing roles. (essential)

- Take pride in appearance and adhere to the clients requirements regarding uniform and PPE.
