Who We Are…
We are the Lakes by yoo, an exclusive private development, spread across 850 acres of woodland, meadows & lakes in the Cotswold water park. Established for over 15 years, we build unique, luxury lakefront and woodland second homes. The estate also includes the purpose built Orchard Spa, and numerous clubhouse buildings.
The Role…
We are looking to expand our well established Security Team. Directly reporting to our Head of Security you will assist in all aspects of the day to day operational requirements of the estate. The role will consist of access and egress control, key control, CCTV monitoring, Patrolling both by foot and by vehicle as well as property security. Our security team work on a 4 shift on 4 shift off rotation with 2 additional allocated shifts per month working out to be 48.5 hours on average per week. Shifts are 12 hour nights with the opportunity to carry out additional shifts as paid overtime.
The Person
You will need to be physically fit, reliable and a good team player. You will be able to manage your time effectively, be proactive, take pride in your work, and have a never say no attitude. You will need to have an SIA licence and a full driving licence as access to a company vehicle may be provided to allow you to perform your role on the Estate.
