Tailored Security Solutions are specialists in working with and selecting only the best in the industry. We have superb retention of staff through continuous fantastic working relations and relationship building. Owned and completely ran by two dedicated directors who go above and beyond for staff and client. Based in the heart of Manchester we provide the late night Hospitality Sector with SIA Licensed professionals to work on our Hotels, Bars, Restaurants and Pubs.
We are seeking confident and professional individuals who have excellent communication skills & customer care. An SIA License is essential for this role and you'll be working on our licensed premises.
Duties will include ;
- ID verification check on guests where applicable
- Manage a team of 5
- Monitor venue capacity and patrol the venue to ensure a safe experience for all
- Provide a warm, welcoming greeting to our customers on their arrivals and departures. (a simple, 'Hello there' & 'Take care, goodnight' would be perfect!)
- Reporting, record and store all details of incidents as ans when they occur.
- Refusing entry to guests who do not meet the venues' entry requirements
Please note, this is a Self Employed position. Help will be provided if needed.
