Mobile Response Officer
We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Mobile Response Officer to join our Head Office team based in Resolven, working an average of 42 hours per week on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with overtime available. As a key member of our night security team you will play an integral part of our continuing growth, from carrying out scheduled services & attending alarm activations. Experience is not essential as full training is provided and our 24hr Control Team is always on-hand to support. We are the fastest growing security company in South Wales and are looking to build on our already strong team
Your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Carry out locks & unlocks
- Respond to alarm activation's
- Carry out internal and external patrols
- To liaise with emergency services giving assistance and information
- To complete detailed & accurate reports
Responsibilities:
- Safe keeping of clients’ keys & information
- Drive company vehicle safely and in accordance with road traffic regulations
- Completed all reports on mobile phone applications

The ideal candidate must:
- hold a SIA Frontline Licence.
- hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence
- have excellent communication skills to a high level in English both written and spoken
- have unrestricted right to work full time in the UK
- be able to adhere to BS7858 vetting and screening (minimum 5 years checkable history)
- be reliable, presentable, punctual, and flexible
- be able to use mobile applications for completing reports (training given)
