Job description

Samson Security has a vacancy for a Full Time - Part time Security Officer to cover the security duties across a range of NHS Primary Care Centres in Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Samson Security are currently hiring for the following positions:

3 part time Security Officer 20 to 25hrs per week on 6 on 2 off rotation,

1 full time Security Officer on 4 on 4 off shift rotation.

1 full time Security Officer night shift patrol on 4 on 4 off shift rotation.

This is a unique opportunity to work with our NHS clients in a new and interesting environment. An SIA licence is required, and we offer a range of additional training and promotional opportunities to our staff.

A driving licence is mandatory as we require you to work across more than one site.

· Emergencies Procedures

· Customer Care and Social Skills

· Communications and Reporting

· Communication Skills and Conflict Management

· Crowd Control

· Reception Skills

· Use of Technology

· UCC Department Attendance

· Patient Watch.

We are currently expanding and need new professionals to join us in this stage of our development.

Mandatory requirement is to attend to the Preventive Intervention Aggression Management training, this might be compulsory in aim to be deployed on site.

We are opening new offices and there will be opportunities for major career development over the next 12 months for those that can display their ability.
