About Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square
Set in the heart of the City, overlooking Tower Bridge and the Tower of London, Ten Trinity Square is the starting point for discovering London’s historic past, alongside its exhilarating present. The Security Officer role:
Security Officer actively participates in the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property. This position will control the staff entrance to ensure that all parties entering the property have permission. They will also be responsible for managing employee lockers, issuing nametags and ID cards.
Responsibilities
Patrols the interior and exterior of the hotel and confront any situations or persons that require investigation.
Handles and documents guest and employee accidents, guest room lock problems, noise complaints, and any questionable individuals on the premises.
Documents all incidents occurring in the hotel in connection with crime, subversions, potential liabilities and insurance requirements. And in documenting such activities remain objective and write a comprehensive report.
Monitors the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), and if needed review the VCR tapes.
Remains informed of current local laws and regulations as they relate to the hotel, particularly in areas of guest, patron and employee rights.
Requirements
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Experienced in CPR, first aid, firefighting and crowd control.
Previous hotel security experience highly desirable
SIA License
Comfortable using a wide variety of electronic systems and equipment, including fire panels, CCTV monitoring, Access control, etc.
