Salary: £40,705.00 - £47,813.00, plus £5,000 car allowance per annum
Job Location: Mobile, Home based within the London /South East of England with link office to Kings Court, Stevenage
Hours: 39 per week
Contract: Permanent
We’re looking for a passionate and confident Health and Safety Officer to join our team in the Home Counties, working for the UKs largest Housing association.
Working from home, based within the London /South East of England you will be expected to travel regularly across the regions, with travel to other parts of the country also required at times.
Practical working knowledge of asbestos and working at heights is essential along with a sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and a NEBOSH level 3 certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent), with significant operational experience.

Join us and you’ll be responsible for providing health and safety guidance, advice and support whilst helping to achieve our goals and objectives. With strong admin skills and excellent research, analytical and organisation skills, you’ll ensure a consistent approach whilst delivering high standards of service.
Able to work on your own initiative and present data to a variety of audiences you’ll review documents, manage databases, monitoring industry publications and provide updates. You’ll also carry out inspections and audits, and be able to interpret legislation based documents and apply these to the repairs environment.
