,the bestlack & Blue Security Cctv Ltd is seeking independent and experienced Security Officers for our brand new company located in England, with top pay rates and allowing the team to progress within the company.
Job Summary:
The primary purpose of the position is to provide a changed experience within our security team in maintaining a safe, secure and approachable environment for the public, clients and employees within our family. We are looking for individuals who love the industry and love working and helping people, the bet candidate should have communication and listening skills, and a good house of words to allow the flow of peace in any venue provided. As a new company we provide best rates, making the screening process more special to give our clients the best of the best.
Essential Duties:
·Monitor all entry points of the building to ensure that all doors are locked and secured
·Monitor exterior areas of building to deter or prevent criminal activity and unlawful conduct, Avoiding contact at all costs! Only by the use of an assured, professional and defined voice.
·Assist in monitoring exterior grounds and parking lots to ensure that all vehicles are parked in proper locations, strong assigmnets and reports, clear voice when describing any situation.
·Observe, monitor, and report any suspicious activities or incidents with dedication and avoiding emotional distress, communicating at all times with venue managers and Company's supervisor. See it, say it, sorted!
·Perform routine security checks within reason.
·Perform other duties as assigned when accepting a job. This is a Freelance/Self-employed service, you are your own boss, however... for the worker to get the best rates, a service should be performed at the best of the abilities, by both employee and employers.
Experience:
·4 years as a Security Officer or relevant SIA experience obligatory.
·Must be able to stand for extended periods of time; walk for extended periods of time; sit at times when advised by supervisor; We care for your safety, please mention any pain prior to accepting shifts, so we can assess it further for you; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl as needed; talk or hear effectively, clearly and with no obscene words whatsoever; stand or walk for more than eight (8) hours per day, yet again if reasonably possible ( always let us know if in any pain 24 hours prior to shift.
·Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers
Really important to be Enthusiastic and empathic/sympathise facing the public and client: filter free when talking to supervisors and team members. We are specific when creating the 3 stage recruitment to provide our clients with good people, with a good heart to make the streets and venues more safe for everyone.
