What makes Bidvest Noonan such a great place to work?
Well, where do we start...

When you start at Bidvest Noonan, your career can go in any number of different directions. First of all, we provide lots of different services – Security, Reception, Cleaning and Mailroom amongst others. You can start in one area and keep on moving up. We’ve got lots of clients who depend on us too – universities, hospitals, warehouses, office blocks, cinemas, museums, to name just a few. Which means there’s no end of opportunities for you.

If that was all that made us a great place to work, that wouldn’t be too bad. But that’s just for starters. Join us and you’ll be joining a team of 27,000 people across the UK. You'll be joining a professional, supportive business that ensures you are always safe, well-equipped, and well-trained. What’s more, you’ll be joining a flexible business too – with so many clients, so many opportunities and so many shift patterns, we can find something to suit everyone.

So, who are we looking for?

With opportunities across Site Bench, Control Rooms, CCTV and Retail, our Security Officers have one real job; to keep our clients and their customers safe. This includes patrolling, being the welcoming and friendly face, offering support to other security teams, running evacuations when required, and generally being a helping hand. All this while maintaining an excellent level of customer service too. To succeed you’ll need to be SIA licensed, have valid RTW documentation and be able to provide a full 5-year work history for Security Vetting. This role – although sometimes hard – is really rewarding. It takes someone with lots of energy, great communication and a real commitment to keeping people safe.

If you can give us that, there’s a bucket full of opportunities we can offer you. Plus, some incredible benefits, including:

  • Paid holidays
  • Pension plan
  • On-going training
  • Progression opportunities
  • Access to WRKIT Employee Benefits Platform - giving you access to savings at big retailers via Discounts/Cashback and Shopping Cards
  • Access to HSF – our health cash plan and personal accident benefit with added services

This is a big opportunity no matter what you’re looking for. Be part of an exceptional team of people when you join Bidvest Noonan.

Apply today.
