Job title: Security Administrator
Location: RAF Lossiemouth. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements
Salary: £27,126+, depending on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Complying with classified facilities information standard operating procedures and concept of operation (CONOPS) documentation
- Monitoring entry and exit to classified information facility; answering queries; internal CCTV monitoring
- Enforcing special access programme (SAP) security policies
- Dealing with visitors and operation of a ‘blue’ light system
- Recording and report any security incidents and violations and liaise with the Operations GSSO to ensure timely and appropriate incident management and reporting
- Maintaining secure facility accountability such as maintenance logs, security seal upkeep etc
Your skills and experiences:
Essential
- Knowledge of security policies, technical security safeguards and operational security measures
- Some awareness of a project environment and awareness of lifecycle methodologies
- Good customer and communication skills as you will be dealing directly with employees and our customer. You should be able to explain security concepts in a clear and friendly manner across all levels of the organisation is key
Desirable
- Knowledge of JSP 440
- Knowledge of the HMG IA Standard 5 sanitation procedures

You will be required to identify, anticipate, and respond to stakeholders’ needs and expectations.
