The successful applicant will be help create and promote a friendly, entertaining, and safe Casino environment whilst ensuring the casino is compliant with license conditions and SIA legislation. Successful applicants will have accountability for: Displaying positive and consistent visibility on the Gaming Floor. Minimising risk through the demonstration of an acute understanding of compliance & legislation. Skills and Knowledge: A valid SIA Door Supervisors Licence Trained in the delivery of First Aid Understanding of Challenge 25 A minimum of 6 months security experience in a high volume, fast paced environment governed by legislation Personal Characteristics: Customer Focused Confident in decision making Ability for independent working in a fast paced, high volume environment Able to self- motivate Organised and efficient approach to work Pays attention to detail Additional Information The Security Officer role forms part of a 7-day operation, as such flexibility is required by the successful candidate. There is a minimum expectation that the role will work shifts, and this means evening and weekend obligations outside of normal working hours.
