Amulet Part of the Churchill Group is looking for a new Night Security Officer Position
Site: Rushden Lakes Shopping Complex
Shift Pattern Will be 4 on - 4 Off 19:30 - 07:30
Pay Rate: £11.48 an hour
Please Note this Role is an Outdoor Role & involves Walking around the Site
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.
- Provide a customer friendly, reassuring, professional security presence.
- Provide a visible security contact for customers and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Deterring anti-social behaviour, theft, and criminal activity.
- Liaising with the Police and store management where required.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
-Dealing with any difficult situations that arise in a safe and professional manner.
Essential:
-Customer service and interpersonal skills
-Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
-SIA license - DS or Security
- Previous experience of working in a Retail Security Role is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given.

Experience:
-Customer Service 1+ years (Preferred)
- Retail Security 1+ years (Preferred)
- SIA Licence DS or Front Line - (Essential)
- SIA Licence CCTV - (Preferred but Not Essential)
