Job description

Job Title: Security Guard

Duties:
- Patrol and monitor premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security risks.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies in the event of an emergency or security breach.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
- Perform access control duties by checking identification, verifying credentials, and issuing visitor badges.
- Enforce company policies and regulations to maintain a safe and secure environment.

Skills:
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and other security equipment.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
