Event Security Supervisor

Are you looking for a part time security supervisor position?

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Event Security Supervisor to work with us across our 5-star Hotels client event at London Mayfair.

As a event security supervisor at Armatus you will manage and coordinate event security teams at the client premises. You will be working on Award ceremonies, weddings, family parties, auctions, and birthday parties. We are looking for a candidate who has strong leadership skills, versatile, dynamic and who is willing to understand the needs of the client.

Overview:

· Salary: £16.00 per hour

· Job Type: Part time

· Location: London Mayfair

Main Duties of Event Security Supervisor

· Lead by example, provide and maintain a high-level standard of service.

· Responsible for ensuring that the team is competent and performing to the right standards.

· Manage the event security team.

· Conduct briefs and debrief with the team.

· Schedule security officers to work.

· Main point of contact for the event management team and event organisers.

· Incident management.

· Incident reporting.

· Manage undesirable behaviour in a professional manner, intervening and defusing potential altercations.

· Be a dynamic, self-motivated & competent security professional.

· Be able to manage and de-escalate conflict effectively.

· Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the client.

· Adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations.

Qualifications for Event Security Supervisor

· SIA Door supervisor, Front line

· Excellent communication & customer service skills

· Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail

· Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.

· A full five-year checkable employment history
