The Security Manager will
Report to the Head of Security for the venue
Recruit, train, evaluate, motivate, delegate and monitor security activities for the Venue
Monitor & maintain the physical security system
Maintain a high standard of security service provision to contracts on site
Develop relevant security related policies & procedures
Represent/deputize for the Head of Security as required
Conduct security related investigations as required
As Security Manager you will have
Experience of being a Security Manager.
An SIA Door Supervisor & CCTV Operators license.
Professional polite and approachable manner.
Excellent communicator at all levels
Resilient, calm and in control of emotions
You must have worked in hospitality/security, live in the UK to apply for this role and have the right to work.
