Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced candidate to join the Operations Team at Norwich City Football Club in the role of Security Guard, based at our Lotus Training Centre in Norwich. This is an excellent role for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage difficult situations with a high level of diplomacy. Please note this role will be contracted to work 48 hours per week.
Key tasks/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure visitors are met and greeted in line with NCFC standards
- Deal with visitor enquiries effectively, positively, politely and in a timely manner
- Notify NCFC staff of any visitor arrivals and direct them as to where they need to go, ensuring the safety of the site at all times
- Maintain a discrete, but effective, presence across the site at all times
- Undertake effective patrols in accordance with management instructions
- Assist with the unloading of team vehicle when required
- To act in a manner that supports the Club’s Values of Growth, Integrity, Belonging, Resilience, Pride and Commitment
