The role is to ensure the effective day to day support of GSOC Supervisors in the management of incidents within the EMEA region, inclusive, but not exhaustive of; building incidents at client's sites, natural disasters, high profile incidents including terrorist attacks, major disasters and protests.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work as part of a 24/7/365 team in the London based European, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) GSOC, supporting the GSOC Supervisors.
- To follow procedures and support the GSOC supervisor with any events and incidents that may have the potential to impact client locations and business travellers across the Region
- Support the daily management of the GSOC by completing routine reports and business support tasks as required.
- Manage the First Aid process, providing reports to the business when required.
- Monitor and administration of travel security operations in accordance with procedures; including traveller tracking and assisting and advising international travellers on security issues.
- Respond to relevant alarm activity to ensure that core business continues. Activate escalation response where the impact is judged to affect that business utilising appropriate contacts within the business.
- Maintaining and updating Crisis Management capabilities and systems as directed by the GSOC management team.
This role will require you to work on a 4 on 4 off rotation, which will include days, nights, and weekends.
Requirements
You will require a Valid SIA CCTV Licence
- The ability to work accurately whilst under pressure.
- The candidate must possess good judgement skills and be able to priorities conflicting demand.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
- Must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft applications.
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills and procedures.
