With our extensive range of Security services, coupled with our Reception and Concierge offering, we believe that our organisation has the right choice of solutions customers need for their security and front of house needs.
We are currently looking for a Security Officer for one of our sites located in Central London.
Key Purpose:
- Deliver and maintain 5* Customer Service to all site users;
- Support the daily security operation as an active team member;
- Utilise the security systems in our care, Control of Access, Monitor CCTV, Administer Guests, Contractors and Staff with who have lost passes. Control Keys;
- As post holder you will understand and deliver the Smart Sec Solutions core values. You will have a ‘hands on’ approach. Ensuring customer security requirements are met in a professional manner;
- As post holder you will be confident and motivated, with good interpersonal skills, be capable of delivering high standard of customer service while maintaining a flexible and professional approach to all aspects of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protect company property and assets from criminal activity and health and safety hazards. Monitor and report any rule violations like smoking in restricted areas at a work. Report promptly all suspicious activity, persons and packages etc.
- Provide Front of House, Reception, Loading Bay and Mailroom services. Check and screen all people entering the premises, staff, visitors, contractors, couriers etc. Allow only authorised persons to enter the premises after registration
- Perform internal and external patrol duties. Check, inspect and determine that gates, main and rear doors, fire exits, washrooms, windows and loading bay and all communal areas are secure and free from hazards.
- Check and inspect building premises, and report leakages, fire hazards, lights-out, washrooms in disrepair and other risk factors. Inspect and verify equipment and other machinery in your care is in good condition and working order.
- Ensure that employees / visitors do not carry in or carry out any forbidden articles or items. Take part in evacuation drills, respond correctly to emergency situations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.
