Location: Preston, United Kingdom | Salary: 15.00 hourly | Posted: 3 Oct 2023 | Closes: 17 Oct 2023 | Business Unit: UK Secure Solutions | Contracted Hours: Full-time | Employee Status: Permanent | Reference: 7210 We are looking for a Security CCTV Officer to join our team working on a brand new contract in Preston. This position will be full-time, working a 4 on/4 off shift pattern either 0600-1800 or 1800-0600. A CCTV and Frontline SIA Licence is required to be considered for this position. Playing a vital role the successful candidate will coordinate operations on-site by constant CCTV monitoring of those buildings and perimeters that are included within the scope of the role. The protection of our client’s premises, assets, personnel and visitors is our key priority and our CCTV Controllers will need to be on constant alert for any incident or behaviour that poses a potential or actual risk within the estate. You will also be expected to respond quickly and appropriately to incidents and that requires a good level of competency in the identification and assessment of risk, as well as a high degree of commitment to retaining up-to-date knowledge of the response and escalation procedures appropriate to the level of risk identified. You must also have the skill and competency to fully understand the issues of privacy and Civil rights of the individuals you will view whilst monitoring CCTV.
