Job description
We are a firm of solicitors in Goldthorpe, Rotherham, we are seeking to recruit a part time wills and probate secretary to join our small friendly team. The successful candidate will be required to generate invoices as well as all financial documents associated with probate matters. General office duties will also be required ie reception duties, welcoming visitors/clients, booking appointments and cash handling/taking client payments. Audio typing skills would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will work closely with our Solicitors as well as clients so good communication skills are essential.
It is essential that the applicant has a wills and probate background or experience of working within this type of role.
Excellent IT skills will be required to include the use of word and excel. Good communication skills along with excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
A typing test will be required at interview.
Two references are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: From £16,255.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
