Secretary
Location: Bournemouth
Role Purpose:
Typing and Reception duties. Providing support to secretarial team and Investment Managers.
Description of the key responsibilities:
Secretary to IM's, support other secretaries and some reception duties when required.
- Minute taking experience not essential but useful
- Excel basic knowledge essential –to allow input of date and printing (training given)
- Typing using template letters essential
- Telephone/Reception duties experience essential, but training given
- Ordering of supplies
- To have the ability to work as a team member essential
- Managing with help of the team, the incoming requests from the Secretaries Task box (basic printing and sending out letters/statements)
- Archiving
Any other attributes that would be helpful, but not essential for the role?
- Excel
- Logging of post
- New business spreadsheet/pipeline
- Printing off reports on excel
