Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Partner Administrator & Company Secretary based in London for a well-established accountancy practice.

Salary: up to £38,000
Job Location: London
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm

The role…

As the Partner Administrator & Company Secretary your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Provide day-to-day secretarial and office administration assistance to the Auditing dept.
  • Coordinate with both Audit and Corporate tax departments.
  • Maintain various databases including database of audit clients and set up new clients; KYC & letter database and Audit bank confirmation database, issuing a list of potential confirmations.
  • Managing the statutory company secretarial work and filing with Companies House accordingly, including preparing and submitting confirmation statements, changes to shareholding & Directors, changes to share structure, company incorporation and striking off.
  • Billing for London Audit Partners.

The experience required…

As a successful Partner Administrator & Company Secretary, you will have the following:

  • Previous secretarial and office administration experience.
  • Previous experience supporting Partners in an Accountancy practice or similar professional organisation is essential
  • Previous Company Secretarial experience is also essential
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • CCH Document Management System experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
