Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
The role…
As the Partner Administrator & Company Secretary your role will involve the following important duties:
- Provide day-to-day secretarial and office administration assistance to the Auditing dept.
- Coordinate with both Audit and Corporate tax departments.
- Maintain various databases including database of audit clients and set up new clients; KYC & letter database and Audit bank confirmation database, issuing a list of potential confirmations.
- Managing the statutory company secretarial work and filing with Companies House accordingly, including preparing and submitting confirmation statements, changes to shareholding & Directors, changes to share structure, company incorporation and striking off.
- Billing for London Audit Partners.
The experience required…
As a successful Partner Administrator & Company Secretary, you will have the following:
- Previous secretarial and office administration experience.
- Previous experience supporting Partners in an Accountancy practice or similar professional organisation is essential
- Previous Company Secretarial experience is also essential
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word and Excel.
- CCH Document Management System experience would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Attention to detail.
