ADHD 360 is the largest provider of ADHD services in Europe. Based administratively in Lincolnshire, ‘360’ has a national footprint with clinics in many towns and cities as well as a remote clinical capability allowing for services nationwide. We have a Trust Pilot rating of 'excellent' and we are looking to expand our admin team.

Our Clinical team do not find themselves overwhelmed with admin’ and paperwork, as we provide supportive ways of working that enable them to perform their primary role, providing good support for the clinical team who are providing world class medicine.
We have streamlined processes, aggressive timelines for the patient pathway and we aim to titrate and optimise our patients within 12 weeks of assessment. We change peoples lives to facilitate them living their best life.

Job description
The core elements of the role are:
* Scheduling a busy clinical diary
* Working with our patients, helping them arrange appointments and assisting them to document their medical progress through the treatment pathway
* Managing inbound patient calls and emails
* Writing letters to GP's etc, to a high standard as these represent our medical standards to other professionals
* Managing the admin’ that accompanies this busy role, such as electronic filing of documents and answering emails
* Clinical team liaison
* NHS liaison
* Preparing invoices

Continuous Professional Development (CPD) is expected, and the post holder should expect to have responsibility for their learning whilst also engaging in CPD events provided by ADHD 360.
Essential qualifications
· A commitment to making a positive difference
. Competent and confident with computers
· Proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, and to a limited degree Excel
· Organisation skills and an ability to manage their own workload
· Strong telephone capabilities to be compassionate and yet still task focused

· Positive outlook and an ability to work well under pressure

Schedule:

- Tuesday - Friday 11:00-19:00 and Saturdays 10:00-16:00
