Are you passionate about Teaching Maths?
Christ The King are looking to appoint an experienced teacher to become our 'Second in Maths'.
You will join our existing dedicated and successful teaching team and work with a range of students supporting, engaging and inspiring their learning in all key stages.
This is a permanent, job share role working 0.5 FTE.

Christ The King Catholic Voluntary Academy is a successful secondary school located in Arnold, Nottingham. We have a well-regarded reputation for the quality of the education and pastoral support we provide.
We are part of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, and we bring together the 36 Catholic Primary and Secondary schools in Lincolnshire, Nottingham City and Nottinghamshire.
About the role
As Second in Maths you will:
- Have secure knowledge and understanding of own subject
- Have ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise tasks
- Knows and understands relevant National Curriculum Programmes of Study
- Be aware of the requirements for all Secondary School Key Stages
- Be caring and supportive
- Be committed to achieving excellent results
- Be able to plan and prepare high quality learning for all students
- Promote the well-being of our students’ providing guidance and support
- Be able to inspire learning and progress
